Step #3: As You Finish Eating

After your meal, whether for you alone or a larger community, take a moment before getting up from the table.

If you are with others, look at those around you. If you are alone, place one of your hands on your heart, the other on your stomach.

Ask yourself: How do the people at this table make me feel full? If you’re in a group, share your answers aloud.

Record your response when you can.
